Why "Verity"
Verity means truth. And truth is the reason I created this practice.

…And yet, deep down, you knew something wasn't right.
You were exhausted, your energy wasn't the same, you couldn't think as clearly as you used to, you were gaining weight despite doing the same things you've always done.
You didn't feel as strong, confident, or yourself as you know you used to.
If you've ever felt that way, I want you to know something—you're not crazy, weak, or failing. And you're definitely not alone.
I've heard that story a hundred times
Honestly, I've lived parts of that story myself. And that's exactly why Verity exists.
My passion for women's health isn't just professional, it's personal. Like many women, I entered midlife and began experiencing changes that I didn't fully understand. My energy wasn't the same. My sleep wasn't the same. I didn't feel as strong, vibrant, or connected to myself as I once had. I wanted answers. More importantly, I wanted someone who would listen.
Women Deserve Better Answers
One of the things I became passionate about during my nurse practitioner training was women's health. I watched women walk into appointments carrying years of frustration and confusion, and I watched what happened when someone finally took the time to listen. Actually listen. Everything changed.
I'm doing this for them.
Our mothers were told menopause was something you just had to get through. That the sleepless nights, anxiety, weight changes, brain fog, and feeling unlike yourself were simply part of getting older.
Many of us entered this season with that same message: this is normal. But our daughters deserve something different.
I built Verity because I want the next generation of women to enter perimenopause informed, supported, and unafraid to ask questions. I want my daughters to understand their bodies before they ever have to wonder, What is happening to me?
We can’t change what our mothers were told, but we can change what we tell our daughters.
That’s why I built Verity—for us, for them, and for every woman who comes next.
Healthcare should feel personal
I believe healthcare should feel personal, appointments should feel like conversations, women deserve education, not just prescriptions, and that women deserve options, not pressure. Most importantly, I believe women deserve to understand what is happening in their own bodies.

Why I chose the name Verity
Verity means truth. Truth in medicine, truth in communication, truth in education, truth in relationships. Truth matters, trust matters, and women deserve a provider who is willing to have an honest conversation with them about their health.
This is About More Than Hormones, Weight Loss, or Botox
Those are simply tools. The real goal is helping women feel like themselves again. Helping women feel heard, better, and empowered.
