All memberships
All memberships are month-to-month with a 3-month minimum commitment. Your membership automatically renews monthly and may be canceled after your initial three months with 30 days’ written notice. Cancellations before completing the initial three-month commitment are subject to a $100 early cancellation fee. Verity Beauty Bank credits accumulate monthly and are valid for 24 months from the date each credit is purchased.

Verity Forever + Verity VIP
Membership begins after your initial consultation and treatment-planning visit. Initial consultation, medications, and lab testing costs are separate and are not included in the monthly membership fee.
