Your first appointment is designed to be a conversation. Not a rushed visit. Not a quick prescription. A conversation. We’ll talk about your symptoms, health history, goals, concerns, lifestyle, and overall wellbeing.
Appointments can be completed in-person or through telehealth.

During my nurse practitioner clinical training, I had the opportunity to work alongside providers who specialized in hormone optimization, women's health, and medical weight loss.
I watched women walk into appointments feeling frustrated, discouraged, and overwhelmed; and I watched them leave feeling empowered because someone finally listened rather than handing them a prescription.
